STALLHOLDERS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STALLHOLDERS
Ensure you have your stallholder insurance “Certificate of Currency” and show upon entry
Swap Set Up from MID DAY FRIDAY before swap day. (if you arrive before you may be charged camping fee by Showground)
Entry Main Bourke St Gate , Exit Second Bourke St Gate SAT then Urana St SUN - put your ticket on the dashboard for ID purposes.
Halls open at 6:00am SAT and SUN and are locked at 6:00pm.
Siteholders expected to trade until 1pm Sunday.
No car movements at peak times on swap day due to OH&S.
Large purchases will not be able to be picked up until after 1pm
(so don’t tell buyer they can bring their car in to pick up now)Bring your own fire buckets/drums, do not place hot coals in bins.
(If you leave coals and mess on site you may not be able to rebook site as it cost us to clean up!)There will be overnight security.
If staying overnight consider the noise for other campers. If any issues report to on site security.
General public including friends, family etc cannot come in on Saturday - in the past this has frequently been abused as a way to get free entry so they can buy stuff early.
Please remember this is an event run by volunteers to raise money for charity. As such it’s a good idea to keep this in mind if issues may occur.
